Orders
Please provide clear and complete specifications of all order details, so we can ensure immediate order processing. Use of specified order codes, clear specification of all requirements such as ink color, will help to prevent delay in processing orders.

Artwork
Artwork should have clear and specific color indications in Pantone / PMS references. Please note: Numbers preceded y “C” indicate printing on product surface; numbers preceded by “U” are used for printing on paper.
Please let us know the fonts used and include them when forwarding digital artwork.
The best results always come from the best artwork. Nowadays, artwork is ideally transmitted electronically. Below we have specified requirements of all types of artwork.

Artwork for print on products.
Offset films
●　 Color separated
●　 Unreadable positive

Digital artwork:
●　 By e-mail or CD ROM
●　 Color separated files in EPS are preferred
●　 Adobe illustrator for logo’s
●　 Quark x-press/Adobe Photoshop for lay-out of customized packing
Artwork is required as color separated EPS files. Please send all the fonts that you used in your artwork to us, or change the fonts into vectors or contours.

General Information
Reduce the file size if possible, particularly if you plan to send the artwork by e-mail. Use one of the following programmers to compress your file (please remember to name your file):

●　 PC: Zip, WinZip
